The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The first week of summer is a magical time to visit Glacier. The sun is at its peak, seeing the depths of the canyon that are not visible the rest of the year! Captured this shot over the still lake under late afternoon light.
